A girl with two “personalities:” one side has blue hair, a sweet disposition, and great sense of innocence while the other side has blonde hair, a rude way of talking, and a penchant for violence. The transformation is triggered when Lunch sneezes.
In the series, blonde Lunch develops a rather one-sided liking for Tenshinhan (though the degree of one-sidedness is debatable.) This occurs just after the 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai ends; Kame-sennn offers Tenshinhan and Chaozu a place with him which the two decline, much to Lunch’s dismay.
Lunch later spends a number of years “chasing after” Tenshinhan as he wanders around the world, training. It’s unknown how far their relationship goes in canon, but there are plenty of fans who fervently believe/wish they get married and have kids. (That’s the beauty of Toriyama not elaborating on things: opens it all up for speculation. ^^)
In episode 12 of the DBZ anime, Lunch is shown to have actually caught up to her objet d'affection and sharing a Capsule house. As Tenshinhan leaves to train for the arrival of Vegeta and Nappa, Lunch promises that Tenshinhan will never escape her advances.
